MAKAI SHORBA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup corns
- 2 vegetable stock
- 2 tbs butter
- Chopped parsley
- 1 onion
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- Salt
- 1tbsBlackpepper
- 1/2 tbs turmeric powder
- 2 tbs Lemon juice
METHOD
blend the corns in a blendder with water.
Ina microwave safe dish put butter onion
and garlic .cook for 2 min.
Add water and corns stir well.
Now add pepper salt and turmeric .
Microwave for 5-6 min.
Stir in lemon juice and garnish with
Chopped parsley.
