- Noodles 1 cup
- Onion sliced 1/2 cup
- Purpple cabbage 1/2 cup
- Yellow bell pepper 1/2 cup
- Tofu 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbs.
- Olive oil 2 tbs.
- Black pepper
Boil water and put noodles .
When noodles are coocked strain.
Mix noodles , cabbage, onion , tofu ,
bellpepper sprinkle salt and black pepper.
For dressing whisk lemon juice andolive
oil. Mix well in salad . Enjoy the the
healthy and nutritious salad.
- 2 pounds fresh spinach, washed
- 3-4 Brocoli pieces
- 4-5 tofu cubes
- 1/2 cup boiled sweet corns
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
Take water in a pan and bring it to a boil.
Cook spinach in pan for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain, and squeeze out liquid and chop

In a medium skillet over medium
heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour, 1
teaspoon salt, and some pepper. Stir
for 1 minute. Whisk in milk, and
simmer until slightly thickened,
about 1 minute. Fold in chopped
spinach , sweet corns, brocoli and tofu.
Bake for 3-5 min.
