tasty recipe that contains the
goodness of sprouts along with fresh

Ingredients
- 2 cup boiled mixed sprouts
- 1 potato
- 1tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
- 1onion
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- salt
- black pepper
METHOD
To make sprouts soak each pulse
separately in sufficient water for
eight to ten hours, changing
water twice. Remove excess water
from the pulses, tie in a cotton
cloth and hang for a day and
sprinkle water from time to time.
In a pan boil sprouts for 2-3 min.
slice onion, tomatoes, cucumber
and boiled potatoes.
Mix bean sprouts with veggies in a
serving bowl. Stir in lime juice,
salt, chat masala and pepper.
garnish with coriander and
green chilies.
